1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All software products—including TechVanam ERP, TechVanam CRM, TechVanam BankSuite, TechVanam Workforce, associated schemas, algorithms, and documentation—are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Techvanam Solutions Pvt Ltd.
2. Permitted Use & Licensing
Access to our software platforms is governed by formal Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Enterprise License Agreements (ELA). No reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized sub-licensing is permitted.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
