When processing client operational data through our SaaS or hosted environments:

• We process data solely upon documented instructions from the data controller.
• We guarantee all personnel authorized to access data are bound by strict statutory non-disclosure agreements.
• We implement technical and organizational measures verified under ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II audits.
• We assist controllers in fulfilling data subject access requests (DSAR) and rights to erasure.

3. Cryptographic Row-Level Isolation

Each client environment utilizes separate database schemas or cryptographically tagged tenant partitions with customer-managed keys (BYOK via AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, or Google Cloud KMS).
