Staff Security & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Own the security posture, automated observability, and multi-cloud infrastructure resilience for all TechVanam software deployments across AWS, Azure, and private cloud environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and scale Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Enforce zero-trust architecture, automated vulnerability scanning, WAF rules, and SOC 2 Type II compliance
- Build comprehensive Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry observability dashboards and synthetic monitors
- Participate in incident response, blameless post-mortems, and disaster recovery chaos testing
Required Technical Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in SRE, DevOps, and cloud security engineering for 24/7 mission-critical platforms
- Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux systems internals, network security, and infrastructure automation
- Hands-on experience conducting penetration testing, threat modeling, and compliance audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Passionate about automation, reliability engineering, and infrastructure observability
