Principal Distributed Systems Architect (BankSuite)
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Distributed Systems Architect to lead the technical evolution of TechVanam BankSuite. You will design ultra-low-latency transaction engines, fault-tolerant consensus systems, and high-throughput ISO 20022 message processors capable of supporting 50,000+ TPS.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect and drive technical roadmaps for distributed ledger, settlement, and clearing subsystems
- Guarantee 99.999% system availability, sub-10ms p99 latency, and active-active multi-region fault tolerance
- Work closely with Tier-1 banking partners and security auditors on cryptographic validation and regulatory compliance
- Mentor staff engineers and define architectural standards across the entire engineering organization
Required Technical Qualifications
- 10+ years designing enterprise-grade, high-throughput distributed systems in mission-critical environments
- Deep mastery of distributed consensus, event sourcing, CQRS, and transactional ACID guarantees
- Extensive experience with memory-efficient architectures, message brokers (Kafka/Pulsar), and high-performance databases
- Solid understanding of banking protocols (ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA) and financial regulatory standards
