Enterprise Solutions & Implementation Specialist
Serve as the trusted technical advisor for our Fortune 500 and enterprise mid-market clients during onboarding, system integration, and production go-live for TechVanam platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery workshops and map enterprise client workflows to TechVanam product modules
- Design data migration pipelines and orchestrate legacy system cutovers with zero operational downtime
- Coordinate with product engineering on client integration requirements and enterprise API extensions
- Deliver executive walkthroughs, admin training, and technical architectural reviews
Required Technical Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise software implementation, pre-sales architecture, or technical consulting
- Hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, ETL data pipelines, and ERP/CRM system integrations
- Superb communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills
- B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical degree
